Our Programs

  • Tiny Tots (Age: 2 to 3 years old – must be 2 by 7/1)

    Let us help your child take his/her first steps towards independent personal growth.

    This program encourages appropriate developmental growth through play – indoors and out! Our classroom is equipped with toys that encourage imaginative play and socialization (sharing) and language development. While outside on our beautiful spacious playground your child will be able to continue imaginative play while developing gross motor skills. The program offers a variety of activities to build self-confidence and encourage curiosity and imagination including art, singing, story time, circle time, rice table, block building and dramatic play.

    2, 3, 4 or 5 Day Program from 9:00AM-12:30PM
    This program includes light lunch & water play.

  • Wallabies (Nursery– Grade 2)

    The mini-day and full-day programs are both available for campers who are entering grades Nursery-Grade 2. We offer 2 – 5 days for each program. The mini day program starts at 9:00AM and ends at 12:30PM, and includes lunch and a swim lesson. The full day program starts at 9:00AM and ends at 4:00PM, and includes lunch, an afternoon snack, and two swim sessions (which includes a Red Cross swim lesson). Daily activities include music class, special art classes, tennis lessons, sports classes (taught by a certified PE teacher), gymnastics, along with other rotating activities throughout the sessions. 3 year olds who are not potty trained must register for the Toddler Program. When the child is completely trained they may move into the Wallaby 1A (Nursery) group.

  • Wolves – Cub (Gr. 3), Pack (Gr. 4), Werewolves (Gr. 5-8 No Traveling)

    The full-day program is available for campers who are entering grades 3-8. We offer 5 full days from 9:00AM-4:00PM, which includes lunch, an afternoon snack and two swim sessions. Daily activities include two workshops- choice of one AM and one PM, along with other rotating activities throughout the sessions.

  • Wanderers Travel Program (Grades 5-8)

    The full-day program is available for campers who are entering grades 5-8. We offer 5 full days from 9AM-4PM, which includes lunch, an afternoon snack and two swim sessions. The Wanderers travel on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Trips have included: bowling, fishing, Zipline Adventure Park, United Skates, Adventureland, Pole Positions Go Carting, Splish Splash, Mets game, Nissequogue Canoeing, Bouncers & Slydos, and many more. In addition to their traveling, daily activities include two workshops- choice of one AM and one PM, along with other rotating activities throughout the sessions.

  • Team Building Wanderers  (Grades 8-9)

    This program is for students entering Gr. 8 or 9 and prepares them to be Junior Counselors-in-Training for the following summer.

  • Junior Counselor Trainee – JCT (Grade 10)

    This program is for students entering Gr. 10 and prepares them to apply for a Junior Counselor position for the following summer.

  • Equestrian Program

    Details on our an Equestrian program are pending at this time. Please check back, as details will be posted as soon as possible.

    The program is typically offered in Sessions II & III only. It offers the children the opportunity to learn not only how to ride, but how to care for their horse – feeding, grooming, and bathing. Acceptance into the workshop is determined on a first come, first served basis (minimum 5 and maximum 12 campers).

  • Before/After Care

    For campers who need before or after camp care, the Old Westbury Summer Camp offers supervision from 8:00-9:00AM and 4:00-5:00PM. The fee to cover the cost of supervision by a counselor is $15 per hour, per camper. As a minimum number of campers is required, please advise the camp office when registering if you are interested in this service.

  • Transportation

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer busing this summer.
